How we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website or get in touch.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Seabeck Solutions Limited ("Seabeck", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12440607. Our registered office is Unit 406, Centennial Park, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3TN.

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email support@seabecksolutions.com or write to us at the address above.

What information we collect

When you contact us

If you send an enquiry using a form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and the page you sent it from. If you call or email us, we collect the information you choose to share.

When you use our website

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide any information or quote you have asked for;
  • deliver and support services if you become a customer;
  • keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Our lawful basis

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we rely on:

  • legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries, run our business and keep our website secure;
  • contract, where we need your information to provide services you have asked for or agreed to;
  • legal obligation, where we must keep records, for example for tax purposes;
  • consent, for optional cookies, which you can change at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

  • Web3Forms, which processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
  • hCaptcha, a security check that protects our forms from spam and automated abuse. It may process information about your device and browser to tell people and bots apart.
  • Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it where needed to provide our services or where the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small amount of storage in your browser to remember your cookie choices. Third-party services on our contact forms, such as hCaptcha, may set their own cookies to work. You can review and change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and for no longer than 12 months if you do not become a customer. Customer records are kept for as long as you use our services and afterwards for as long as required by law.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website and access controls on our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to restrict how we use your information;
  • ask us to transfer your information to another organisation;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email support@seabecksolutions.com. We will respond within one month.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
